Ingredients
- 1 ear unshucked corn
- 1/2 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon water
Instructions
1. Mix all of the stuff except the corn into the melted butter.
2. Skin back the shucks from the corn, remove the silk and spread the mixture over the kernels.
3. Replace the shucks and wrap in foil. Grill over charcoal or bake in oven for 30-40 minutes, turning every so often. Skin and eat.

If you soak your corn in-husk in water for awhile before you cook it on the grill (or in a pit of coals even), or in the oven, this will also help keep the corn from burning and will also make it super moist ! gg
