This dish to me SCREAMS summer. This is the perfect barbecue meal to make your friends and family out on your patio during a summer evening. The best part about this dish is that there are so many different sides that would pair perfectly with it.

This looks like a nice recipe and very simple. I didn't expect it to be so simple because the chicken looks so good. I can imagine the chicken gets a nice caramelization on the skin with this which must really delicious. I definitely think I am going to give this one a go.
