Ingredients
- 1 pound very lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Grate the onion into the meat, juice and all.
- Add the other ingredients and mix gently. Refrigerate overnight.
- Form into patties and grill. If you don't overcook, these are very juicy, tasty and hold together.
