    • salt water
    • 1 pound bacon, salt pork, or fat back
    • 4 to 5 eggs

    Instructions

    Soak potatoes in salt water overnight. Cut up potatoes. Fry up bacon, salt pork, or fat back. Crumble the bacon or fat back into small pieces. Put potatoes in skillet and fry. Add crumbled salt pork or bacon. Break eggs onto potatoes and let cook until eggs begin to get hard. Stir until everything blends together.
