Grilled Prime Rib

Ingredients
- 5 pounds prime rib
- fresh rosemary, minced (about 2 tablespoons)
- season all, to taste
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
Instructions

Preheat grill to 500 degrees F.

Remove rosemary leaves from stem. Chop into small pieces.

Place roast on hot grill. Turn down the burner that’s immediately under the roast to low. Cook for 15 minutes.

Turn down heat to 325 degrees F and cook for 1 1/2 hours or until internal temperature of the roast reaches 160 degrees F (for medium).

Let rest on cutting board for 10 – 15 minutes.
