Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 minced green onion
Instructions
Marinate overnight. Cook about 30 minutes per side (this is very subjective - weight of meat, heat level, distance from fire). I make a second serving of the sauce and add 1 tsp of sugar and zap it in the microwave for a minute and use that for the final sauce.
