- 12 ounces can tuna, drained and shredded
- 4 tablespoons Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1 hard-boiled egg, mashed
- Pepper to taste
- Cheese slices
- Grain bread, toasted
Instructions
- Mix tuna, mayo, avocado, egg and pepper.
- Toast grain bread, add cheese slices to cover, add tuna mixture.

I've never had tuna with avocados before but I'm thinking it would be a great substitute for the mayo altogether...especially since there's already egg included in this recipe. Just a thought but what if, instead of using sliced cheese (unless it's going to be grilled) you whip up some cream cheese with the avocado then leave the eggs chunky and add in some celery, parsley red onion for additional flavor and texture.
