- 6 cups Tomatoes Chopped
- 1/4 cup Green Onions
- 4 tablespoons Cilantro Leaves
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 2 pinchs Red Pepper Flakes
- 4 teaspoons Lime Juice

Chop the tomatoes and slice the scallions. Place in a large bowl.
