Vanilla-Glazed Pumpkin Gingerbread Muffins
For the perfect fall or winter dessert, bake a batch of these Vanilla-Glazed Pumpkin Gingerbread Muffins. The pumpkin mix makes them great additions to your Thanksgiving table while the gingerbread flavor means you can whip these up well into the Christmas season. The vanilla glaze is so simple to throw together but it makes these holiday treats look as if they came from the store. Make this muffin recipe for breakfast or brunch if you have a lazy morning to spare. This pumpkin recipe is also a great homemade gift idea.

Pumpkin and gingerbread is a genius combination! I love the idea of using both of them in this muffin recipe. Plus that glaze is just the best.

These sound awesome and I love how this recipe uses a pre-made bread and muffin mix to make it quick and easy! If you do not commonly use molasses, since it is kind of an outdated ingredient, feel free to substitute with honey or maple syrup. I would also add some maple syrup into the glaze since it is labeled as a 'maple glaze'!
