Sag Paneer
Ingredients
- 3 bunches of spinach
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger chopped
- 3 green chillis
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric pwd
- 225 grams paneer
- 2 T oil
- oil for deep frying
- 1 pinch soda bi carb
- salt
Instructions
Chop spinach, add 1/4 cup water, soda bi carb and cook. When cooked blend well in a blender. Cut paneer into cubes and deep fry in hot oil. Heat oil and fry onions, add ginger, green chillis and turmeric and fry. Add spinach and paneer.
