Well it looks like I am going to break from tradition this year for St.Patrick's Day. Even thought this recipe offers the traditional method, I find myself being drawn to the baked, honey mustard, brown sugar coated version. The flavors seem to be perfect, and then the addition of sauteed cabbage with onions and garlic really completes it for me. I may boil some potatoes and carrots in the seasoning packet from the corned beef for just a touch of tradition.
