Microwave Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 medium baking potato, unpeeled
- 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Combine the first four ingredients on a microwave-safe plate. Cut potato lengthwise into eight wedges. Coat wedges in the seasoning mixture; arrange on the same plate. Cover and cook on HIGH for 6-8 minutes or until tender, turning wedges once. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Yields 1 serving.

Here is another easy microwave potato recipe! I love how you coat the wedges in the seasoning. You can change up the seasonings however you want. The recipe makes one serving, so you can add as many potatoes as you need and follow the instructions for each potato. You will have to adjust the cooking time for more potatoes.
