Boiled Beef Tongue

- 1 large beef tongue
Instructions
Rinse beef tongue and put into pot of cold water. bring to a simmer and cook 3-4 hourrs. After removing tongue from pan remove the white film over tongue By peeling it off. Slice and serve with a good beef gravy.
