Weight Watchers Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/8 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 10 6-in flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

To make this weight watchers chicken taco recipe, start by heating a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat.

When the pan is hot, add the cubed chicken and saute for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Add the lime juice, sugar, red wine vinegar, garlic, cilantro, and green onions to the chicken.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir the ingredients together to combine.

Reduce the heat to low and continue cooking until the chicken has soaked up all the wet ingredients and is completely cooked through.

Set the chicken aside.

Place a small skillet over low heat and warm the tortillas by heating them for a minute on each side.

To assemble your tacos, fill a tortilla with a portion of the chicken and add in some lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and salsa.
