There's no reason that sweet drinks have to be unhealthy! This recipe for a Triple Berry Kiwi Smoothie is just that -- delicious, fruity, and healthy! Smoothies have taken over the foodie world as a drink-of-choice. This particular recipe is a great way to get your daily fruit; plus, it's sweetened with honey, which makes it even healthier. Break out your blenders and make this smoothie for the next time you want to satisfy that sweet tooth without all of that processed sugar!
From the Chef: I like to call this my "feeling blue" smoothie. If I'm ever feeling a little down or think I need to regain that pep in my step, I think of the cheeriest, most concentrated form of energy. I get all of my favorite fruits in one place, blend them up, and enjoy! Between the kiwi and the lime juice and the mixed berries, there's plenty to smile about.
