No-Bake 15-Minute Thin Mints
This is the epitome of a quick and easy dessert recipe. No-Bake 15-Minute Thin Mints don't require an oven, take just 15 minutes to make, and only include three ingredients! It doesn't get much easier than that, and when you taste these thin mints, you'll want to make them over and over again. If you love the combination of mint and chocolate, you'll go crazy for these cookies, which are made with Oreos, chocolate and mint extract.

The no bake 15 minute thin mint recipe is sinfully delicious on so many levels. The no bake is a no brainer and the use of Oreos. There is no way this will not be a family favorite real fast. Heck, the kids can make this recipe. No Mom involvement.

Wow, could it get any easier than this recipe? I love Oreos and I do think I'll feel guilty for about 10 minutes over scraping the filling out of it! That is unless I eat it. LOL! I often wondered why the extracts wouldn't be good in melted chocolate. Does anyone know the reason why that is? I can't wait to make these!!

I came across this recipe and wondered what the cooking process was. It was first published in 2013, which is before the Oreo Mint-flavored Thins were introduced. It's a good substitute if the store is out of the Oreo Mint Thins (which are positively addictive). Honestly, I think I'd just eliminate the crme de menthe oil and just dip the Mint Thins in melted chocolate. There's no such thing as too much chocolate.

Thin mints are one of my old time favorites. Never thought to use an oreo cookie in this fashion. The recipe is so simple how could it not taste magnificent? Thank you for the recipe notes to use candy flavoring oils, rather than extracts. I did not know there was a difference.
