This Mediterranean inspired pasta is so fresh and light, it is the perfect recipe to usher in spring! Just a side note, you can oil and season chickpeas just like this and bake them in a 400 degree oven until crispy, about 20 to 30 minutes, and it makes a great savory protein snack that you can take on the go!

Broccoli rabe is one of my absolute favorite dishes to order out at a restaurant and I am always a little fearful of making it at home. It has such a bitter and distinct taste that I don't want to ruin or even mask! I love this recipe because it gives you a great idea of what pairs nicely with broccoli rabe.
