This is immediately getting flagged as a go-to recipe when I want some sort of quick pasta-and-meat dish. When ground beef is on sale, we'll often cook up a goodly chunk and then freeze it in convenient one-pound packages for use later. This would be a wonderful recipe for using them. I love tortellini and it's a great addition to a meat dish. I'd probably add some cheddar cheese to the mozzarella since I enjoy the taste of the combination.
