    Chinese Pasta Primavera

    Ingredients

    • 1 pound linguine or any other pasta
    • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut in strips
    • 1 carrot, cut into thin strips
    • 2 medium zucchinis, trimmed but not peeled, sliced
    • 1/2 pound broccoli florets
    • 1/2 pound fresh asparagus, cut in 1" pieces
    • 1/2 pound whole sugar snap peas
    • 6 green onion, sliced thin
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 Tbsp butter
    • 1 Tbsp olive oil
    • 1/4 cup Chinese parsley, chopped
    • 2 Tbsp Thai basil
    • 1 Tbsp shoyu
    • salt & pepper to taste
    • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    • 2 Tbsp shoyu

    Instructions

    Cook pasta according to directions on the package. Meanwhile, heat the oil and butter in a wok. Add the garlic then all the vegetables, toss and cook about 1-2 minutes. Add salt, pepper, basil, parsley, pasta and shoyu. Cook 2 more minutes. Add Parmesan cheese, toss and serve.
