- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 medium pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup kalamata olives
- 1 cup nutritional yeast or parmesan cheese (optional)
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 cups plain hummus (for Hummus Dressing)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for Hummus Dressing)
- 1 tablespoon water (for Hummus Dressing)
