Oil and Garlic Pasta
Ingredients
- 2 tsps very finely chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Hot red pepper flakes, optional
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 (16 ounce) package thin spaghetti
- salt
Instructions
Saute garlic, parsley and pepper flakes to taste in olive oil over low heat until garlic becomes a rich golden color, about 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain Add oil and garlic mixture to drained pasta. Toss to coat. 4 servings
