    Pasta & Walnut Cream Sauce

    Ingredients

    • Grind 3/4 cup walnuts in a food processor or coffee grinder so that
    • they end up a mixture of some pieces but mostly ground. (Don't let
    • it turn into walnut butter.)

    Instructions

    Cook one pound of pasta and drain. Melt some butter in a pan over low, add in some crushed garlic. Be careful not to burn. Add in the walnuts, and stir for a few minutes. Add in some half and half or whole cream to make a sauce a little thicker than gravy. Turn off heat and add grated Parmesan Reggiano to taste. Serve over the drained pasta.
