Quick, Easy Macaroni and Cheesy
Quick, Easy Macaroni and Cheesy is just like it sounds: an easy macaroni and cheese recipe!With three kinds of cheese - mild cheddar, sharp cheddar and Velveeta - it is one of the cheesiest baked macaroni and cheese recipes out there!

This makes a firm dish, not creamy. I start checking after 30 minutes of baking.
Ingredients
- 16 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 8 ounces grated mild cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces grated Velveeta brand cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can evaporated milk
- paprika to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Boil macaroni and drain.
- Add butter or margarine.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add cheese to macaroni.
- Add eggs and milk.
- Sprinkle paprika on top of macaroni and cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F till browned.
