Shrimp Fettuccine
Ingredients
- 4 ounces bleu cheese
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp half and half
- 1 pound cooked, shelled shrimp (21-25 lb)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 Parmesan cheese
- 4 scallions, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- black pepper
Instructions
With cheeses at room temperature, combine with wine and half n half in a 2 qt casserole. Add seasoning and shrimp. Bake at 375 degrees until heated through, about 20 minutes. Toss with cooked fettuccine
