Chocolate Hazelnut Tartlets

This delightful little pastry is the perfect pairing of chocolate and hazelnuts. You'll want to keep on eating them, so be sure to make a double batch!

Notes

 For testing purposes only, we used Nutella for hazelnut spread.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup jarred hazelnut spread
  • 24 Fillo Factory Mini Fillo Shells
  • sweetened whipped cream, roasted salted hazelnuts, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Spoon hazelnut spread into a 1 quart heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag (do not seal). Snip 1 corner of bag to make a small hole.
     
  2. Pipe hazelnut spread evenly into flaky Tartlet Shells.
     
  3. Top each with sweetened whipped cream and a roasted salted hazelnut.  Makes 6 to 8 appetizer servings.
