Apple brown betty is a name I have not heard of in decades. I love that you brought back a classic recipe. Sometimes, those are the ones that we end up craving when we are older because it reminds of when we were young, huh? My grandma used to make this all the time for after Sunday dinner.

Does anyone have the faintest idea of what a Brown Betty is, lol! It tastes good though, I am very happy to say. The apple cider does some pretty awesome things to the overall flavor and the brown sugar went all caramely which was too delicious for words! Our family all loved it, I am sure yours will too.
