Apple Hand Pies

Ingredients
- 2 Large Apples
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Allspice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Bourbon
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 1 box Refrigerator Pie Crust
- 2 tablespoon Egg Yolk
- Caramel Sauce

In a medium sauce pan, combine the apples, butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, salt and bourbon and stir to combine.

Combine the water and cornstarch and stir, then pour into the pan with the apples stirring again well.
