Brown Sugar Pie
Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 8 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons flour
- Two 9-inch unbaked pie shells
Instructions
Mix eggs with brown sugar, butter and milk. Add flour and mix well. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
