Chocolate Butterscotch Pie
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 and 1/2 cup milk
- 6 Tbsp Hershey's Chocolate-Flavored Syrup
- 2 egg yolks, well beaten
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
Instructions
Thoroughly combine sugar, flour, and salt. Stir in milk, chocolate syrup, and beaten egg yolks. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from fire; blend in butter and vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell; cool. Chill in refrigerator. Serve with sweetened whipped cream if desired.
