Simple Cranberry Pie

Ingredients
- (9-inch) ready to bake pie crust
- 1 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions

Defrost pie crust as mentioned on the box.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Add cranberries to piecrust, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar, cardamom and cinnamon on top.

In medium bowl beat egg with vanilla extract. To the mixture add all-purpose flour and the rest of sugar; mix in well.

Then add cream and combine with the egg sugar mixture.

Cover the cranberries with custard and pop to oven. Immediately lower the heat to 350F and bake for 30-40 minutes or until the center is still wobbly.

Cool completely before slicing. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
