    Coconut Pie

    Ingredients

    • 1 C sugar
    • 1/4 C melted butter
    • 2 T flour
    • 3 beaten eggs
    • 1 t vanilla extract
    • 1 C buttermilk
    • 1 C flake coconut
    • 9" pie crust, fluted and unbaked

    Instructions

    Serves: 8. Heat oven to 300F. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pie crust and bake for one hour. Cool before serving.
