So, I will make this pie for the weekend and not just because it has my name. I just bought apples and wanted to try some new recipes. I don't know what pie weights are, so I don't know where to buy them. Any ideas? Apple pie is my favorite. This time of year I think "what's all the fuss about pumpkin? What about apple?!"
