Easy Peach Crumb Pie

"My Easy Peach Crumb Pie is really delicious because of the two layers--a rich peach layer made from fresh peaches, and an oatmeal/brown sugar crumb topping layer for added flavor. I used a premade pie crust for additional ease of process. This is almost a peach crisp in pie form. The most labor intensive part of the recipe is peeling and slicing the peaches. But the effort will be worth it with a delicious deep-dish pie as the reward."
