These Pumpkin Pasties are absolutely adorable, not to mention tasty, and easy to make. It is so nice, during this pumpkin season to have little individual pumpkin "pies" on hand for after school snacks, or to pack in school lunches. They are perfect to eat by hand, but of you are like me, you're going to want some whipped cream on top, so be prepared to grab a fork.
