Pie Crust
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 T. sugar (for non-sweet filling, generous 1/2 T.)
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 T. milk
Instructions
Mix in pie plate and press out. This makes a generous 9" crust.

this is a delicious crust made with whole wheat flour and canola oil, it is healthier than crusts made with butter or shortening!

Thanks for your great question! After you press out the dough in the pie pan, stick it in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. Then, you can add the desired filling. Let us know how this recipe works!

I have been using this recipe for several years. My little granddaughter loves to make pie crust with this recipe.
