A family friend of mine has a Thanksgiving pie contest each year. This year the secret ingredient is caramel and I really didn't want to do a traditional caramel apple pie or carmel pecan pie. This recipe caught my eye though! Sweet potato is underrated in my opinion but so delicious! Can't wait to try it.
