Ingredients
- 4 medium to large yams, cooked, peeled and mashed
- 2 9inch deep dish pie shells
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Put butter in yams. Add other ingredients. Mix on high with electric mixer for smoothness.
- Pour batter into each pie shell and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until brown.
