Alex's Pizza Pockets are just the thing for after school snacks, or Saturday lunch with the kids. They are so easy to prepare, with simple ingredients that the kids love. They are also perfect for game day when the "fans" get hungry. I like mixing them up with some of my other favorite pizza toppings.

Alex's Pizza Pockets look so good. I was looking at the ingredients and they are all easy to find and affordable to the pocket. They could just be found right in your pantry. What's nice about this pizza is it is sealed and would not cause a mess.

I think pizza pockets are nice to carry around as snacks because they have the great taste of pizza but you don't have to worry about the toppings getting stuck to the packaging material. I prefer vegetarian pizza also, so I like using tomato chunks, sweet peppers and onions as toppings.

This would be a great snack for my son. He loves pizza. I would probably add some onion and Italian Sausage. We usually make our pizza's at home, they taste better than ordering out. This recipe sounds a lot easier to make. We will have to try it this weekend.

My youngest son loves pizza more than any other food. He will eat any kind, even those lunchable pizzas. Otherwise, he is extremely picky and it is hard to get him to try something if he doesn't like the way it looks. I think he would really love these. I will have to get the ingredients and try them.
