    Ingredients

    • 280g / 8oz can refrigerated pizza dough
    • 15 milliliters / 1 tblsp olive oil
    • 15 milliliters / 1 tblsp minced garlic
    • 5 milliliters / 1 tsp dried basil
    • 398ml / 14oz can stewed, chuncky tomatoes, drained
    • 277ml / 8oz can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    • 142ml / 5oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
    • 225 grams / 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
    • 125 milliliters / 1/2 cup thinly sliced green pepper

    Instructions

    Lightly greese a 33x23 cm (13"x9") baking pan with cooking spray. Unroll pizza dough and press evenly over the bottom and about 2.5 cm (1") up the sides of the prepared pan. Brush dough with olive oil; sprinkle with garlic and basil. Cover with tomatoes, artichoke hearts and mushrooms. Sprinkle with Feta cheese and green pepper. Bake at 220C (425F) for about 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Makes 8 servings.
