Ingredients
- 500 grams pork sausages, pricked
- 3 cooking apples, peeled, cored and diced.
- 1 onion, peeled and sliced
- 500 milliliters medium- sweet cider
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 F degrees
- Place the sausages in an ovenproof dish.
- Add the apples, onion and cider. Bake about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. The cider and apples will reduce and provide a syrupy fruit sauce. Serve with new potatoes and a green salad. You may replace the apples with peeled, cored pears.
