- 3 pounds Bone Center Cut Pork Chops
- 1/2 tablespoon Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- Vegetable Oil
