Grilled Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup vegetable (or peanut) oil
- 3 tablespoons soy
- 2 tablespoons catsup or, better, your favorite barbeque sauce
- 1 tablespoon cidar vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 pork chops, 1-inch thick or better
Instructions
Marinate chops several hours or overnight. Grill 10 minutes per side, until register 150-155 degrees for medium or 160-165 for well done.
