Ingredients
- 6 loin pork chops
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons ground sage
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 can chicken and rice soup
Instructions
- Dredge pork chops with mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard, sage and garlic powder.
- Melt butter in skillet on medium heat and brown chops.
- Turn heat to low and add soup. Cover and simmer for one hour.
