Phillipine Pork Barbecue
Ingredients
- 3 Lb. boneless pork, sliced 1/4 inch thick and 2 inches wide
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon black ground pepper (or to taste)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt or amount to taste
- 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
Instructions
In a bowl mix marinade together and let stand for 15 minutes. Slice the pork as described and place in marinade. Marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Stir pork occasionally to evenly distribute the flavor. Arrange meat slices on skewers and place on hot grill. Brush marinade on pork while cooking and grill until the meat is thoroughly done. Serve immediately.
