Savory Spareribs
Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork spareribs
- 12 ounces Beer
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Cut spareribs into 2 rib sections. Combine remaining ingredients in a shallow glass dish or ceramic baking dish. Add Ribs. Marinate in refrigerator at least 24 hours, turning and basting occasionally. Arrange ribs in a single layer in a large baking pan; reserve marinade. Bake at 350 degrees F 1 1/2 hours, turning once and basting frequently with marinade. 4 - 6 servings
