Strawberry Jam

"Homemade strawberry jam, nothing but fruit and sugar. This recipe is for about two pounds of fruit but you can halve the ingredients to make just two jars of the strawberry jam. It doesn't need any special equipment and is ready in about an hour - plus macerating of the fruit in sugar overnight. There are some secret ingredients, of course - see in the recipe the little trick to hugely enhance the strawberry flavor."
