    Strawberry rhubarb Jam

    Ingredients

    • 2 pounds strawberries
    • 2 pounds rhubarb
    • 6 cups sugar

    Instructions

    Wash fruit. Cut rhubarb into 1/2" pieces. Cover rhubarb wiht half the sugar and let stand 1-2 hours. Crush berries and mix with remaining sugar and combine with rhubarb. Heat mixture over low flame till sugar is dissolved then boil rapidly stirring frequently until thick. Pour into sterilized Kerr jars and seal (needs BWB 5 minutes).
