Ingredients
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed or whole
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 green pepper diced
- 2 tomato quartered
- 1/8 head cauliflower
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
Serving Size: 3. Heat pressure cooker. Throw in all of the ingredients. Cook 10 minutes (with chicken, about 6 without, 12 with pre-soaked uncooked garbanzos/chick peas). Cool at once. Thicken sauce, if desired and serve with rice.
