Clay Baker Meat Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. minced pork
  • 1 t. salt
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ice water
  • 1/2 cup tomato juice

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except tomato juice. Mix well and pat into clay baker, then pour over tomato juice. Cover and bake at 400 degrees F. for 1-1/2 hours.
