Garlic Chicken in Vinegar

Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, diced
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 4 tablespoons cold water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cut chicken into large strips or chunks. Heat oil in cooker. Brown chicken. Remove chicken. Add more oil if needed; brown onion and garlic. Add chicken and remaining ingredients except for the flour and cold water. Cover and bring to pressure. Cook for 8 minutes. Blend flour and cold water; stir into cooker. Serve over cooked noodles. Serves 4.
